After many years of having a professional groomer on site, we find ourselves in an interesting position: we have learned a lot about grooming, but are by no means professionals. So, what is a girl to do?: Start grooming as a "not" professional. As we have been taught basic skills in bathing/grooming/nail clipping, we have decided to, not only use those skills for our own dogs, but for friends and family dogs too. However, fundamentally, we are only skilled at a Doodle cut - hence the name of our salon: "One Trick Pony Grooming". For non-doodles, we are very skilled at bathing, brushing out, nail clipping, but we cannot do specialty cuts like Schnauzers, Cockers, etc. If you're interested in a clean up, we're here for you. Our main focus is that, when our guests leave, they look and feel much better than when they came.
